Traditional techniques have often proven insufficient in accurately validating digital simulations, leading to frequent fatigue failures that emerge years later during testing or in service. These unforeseen failures result in significant delays and costly rectification actions. However, our stress imaging technology revolutionises the approach by providing engineers with the ability to visualise stress right from the beginning. By seamlessly integrating this technology into engineering workflows, we empower engineers to effectively identify and mitigate potential failures, improve digital simulations, and reduce costly surprises down the line.

For over a decade, our pioneering stress imaging technology has been utilised to capture detailed stress data and gain insights into complex fatigue issues across renowned platforms such as F/A-18, F-111, C-130J, and F-35.
